MAZAK VERTICAL MACHINING CENTRE PROGRAMMER/SETTER-OPERATOR
The work ranges from one offs to medium batch sizes and you will need to be fully conversant with Mazatrol programming, working to complex drawings with minimal supervision to produce components to fine tolerances in a range of basic and exotic materials. This will involve specification and selection of correct tooling such as port tooling and gauges. You will be able to programme work using a 4th axis and take responsibility for in-process inspection. We operate a variety of inspection methods including CMM’s and you would be expected to use this machine as part of your role (training is available). Knowledge of Fanuc programming will be advantageous but is not essential as further training will be available.

MAZAK NEXUS 5 AXIS QUICKTURN LATHE PROGRAMMER/SETTER-OPERATOR
The work ranges from one offs to medium batch sizes and you will need to be fully conversant with Mazatrol programming, working to complex drawings with minimal supervision to produce components to fine tolerances in a range of basic and exotic materials. This will involve specification and selection of correct tooling such as port tooling and gauges. You will be able to programme work using both main and sub-spindles as well as Y axis milling and take full responsibility for in-process inspection. We operate a variety of inspection methods including CMM’s and you would be expected to use this machine as part of your role (training is available). Knowledge of Fanuc programming will be advantageous but is not essential as further training will be available.
