Roger Black MBE, the Olympic Silver Medallist  visited ALM Products recently to endorse the latest campaign for the Learning Skills Council. The campaign was designed to highlight the need for continous learning and ALM were chosen because of their commitment to staff development. 

To publicise the campaign and to remind employers of the tensions involved in exams, ALM's managing director Tony Thompson somehow volunteered to sit a sample A Level paper!  The results were declared in front of the workforce and a rather nervous Tony.  To his relief he passed and commented " I would have never lived it down if I had failed, the team would have had my life for months!"
