Chameleon Lockers from ALM provide a unique opportunity for you to manaufacture your own "branded" range of lockers. The simple and very easy to build system uses pre-drilled aluminium extrusions and moulded shelves to encapsulate 6mm compact laminate side and back panels. Doors are machined from 13mm compact laminate, giving you the opportunity to optimise all panels and minimise cost when manufacturing cubicles, seating and lockers.
Simply tell us what configuration you require, with the option of 1,2,3,4,5, split 2 & 3 door configurations and we will provide everything except the panels to enable you to build the completed product. Our technical team will guide you through the correct choice of panels as well as providing full sizes and machining details.
The specification includes
Sections made from architectural grade aluminium and powder coated to exceed BS EN 12206-1:2004, all major parts are impervious to moisture, offering mould resistance and increase life expectancy when exposed continually to humid environments or wet clothing.
The supplied extrusion kit allows the use of 6mm compact laminate carcass with an easy "push fit" assembly and 13mm thick compact laminate doors.
Chameleon Lockers modular construction allows “flat pack” delivery to site, reducing transportation costs and “on-site” damage prior to installation.
All internal corners are angled for ease of cleaning and maintenance.
The use of 13mm thick laminate throughout the range of Chameleon lockers, cubicles and bench seating allows a greater design influence to be created.
Built in sprung hinges provide a high level of security and safety. Doors are bonded and mechanically fixed. Unique frame design eliminates the danger of “finger traps”.
Choice of cam or coin return locks available.
