Since joining the company in 2014 I have gained experience in all area of the business. As the Finance & Business Operations Manager it is my responsibility to oversee the company's daily functions to maximise profit. This can involve overseeing marketing strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction, or managing budgeting and spending. I create policies and procedures and implement strategies to ensure the company is working to its best potential.

In September 2017 I completed my BA (Hons) Leadership and Business Management degree and received a 1st class. I have learned through real experience, the system and procedures to run an efficient and profitable company.

Every day brings new opportunities and it's fair to say, the days never drag! I'm part of a small team who all get on really well with each other and that makes for a nice atmosphere in the office although, to be honest, everyone in the business gets on well with each other and it's like one big happy family when we get to socialise on company's days out!

When I'm not working I enjoy socialising, travelling, attending Newcastle United football matches, and also help out on my Husband's family farm when time allows!
